Florida’s largest public library is celebrating a new era
The Broward Public Library in South Miami is celebrating the birth of its newest library project: the Florida Sports Library.
The library opened its doors in January of 2018 with the goal of creating a community resource that will help fans find local and regional sports.
In addition to offering a library of sports, it will host a local meetup for fans to connect with other fans, and an online forum that will provide fans with local sports information.
This project, called The Sports Library, is part of a larger vision that Broward County Public Library President John C. Cornell calls “a library that will change the way people learn.”
The library’s mission statement is simple: “To provide a safe, affordable, accessible, and enjoyable place for fans of all ages to connect, learn, and engage.”
The Sports Library is the first of its kind in the state, and it will be part of the larger Broward Sports and Recreation Center, a $200 million complex that includes a soccer stadium, a baseball diamond, tennis courts, and tennis courts.
The library will also be home to a number of local and national sports facilities, including the Olympic Stadium, the U.S. Olympic Training Center, the Broward Soccer Complex, and the USF Men’s Soccer Complex.
The Sports and Fitness Center is the largest indoor sports facility in Florida.
It is home to the largest basketball and softball courts in the nation, a soccer complex, and a women’s volleyball and track and field complex.
The Florida Sports Museum is also part of The Sports and Recreational Center, which includes a baseball stadium, indoor track and basketball courts, indoor tennis courts and a soccer field.
The Sport Library, however, is different from most libraries in that it will offer fans access to local sports news, research, and information about local sports.
The Sports library will provide a comprehensive library that includes news and analysis from all over the world.
Broward County Executive Carlos Gimenez called the library a new chapter in the history of Broward.
He said it is a great start, but the library will have a long way to go before it reaches the level of the Miami Dolphins.
“I’m very proud of the work we’ve done with the Browards Sports Library and the Browars Sports Foundation, and we hope to see the library grow,” he said.
“I’m excited to see what comes next.”
Broward Public Libraries will continue to develop the library to meet its community’s needs.
The first phase of the project will be completed in 2019, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
